We returned home with a gold in Dynamic Apnea as Turkish Champion (181m) and a silver medal in Dynamic Apnea without Fins (110m) from last weekend’s Cmas Turkish Freediving Pool Championship. After a long period of only dry training without any pool access, this has been a great motivation before the depth season.
